Towne Jewelers Online Shipping and Returns Policy
This policy was created for all online purchases only. If you have any questions in regards to your order, please Click Here to contact us today. Provide your name, contact information and order # if possible.
Orders will typically ship the next business day after receipt and verification of the order for in stock merchandise. Orders being placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday. In the case of out of stock items, custom orders or those which require modification we will contact the client and make delivery arrangements via the phone or email.
Where we Ship
We only accept and ship orders domestically within the United States to a street address (no P.O. Boxes). An order placed from outside of the United States or an order with an international shipping address cannot be processed at this time.
We provide free shipping via USPS Standard (3-day) and include Insurance (pre-tax amount) on initial purchases over $100.00.
2-day and Overnight
In the event you would like 2 day or overnight shipping, you may opt for this expedited service at check out and the appropriate shipping charge will be added to your total.
In some instances overnight or expedited orders may require further contact from the merchant to the buyer. Please note that if an expedited shipping option is selected processing times for the orders do not change, they will be shipped out according to the selected method in a timely fashion as indicated above in processing times. If special arrangements are necessary please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your requirements. Once the item is shipped we are not responsible for delays incurred in transit by the courier.
For our clients protection we require signatures on all of our deliveries. Please inspect the package for damage or tampering prior to accepting, signing for the merchandise.
If item is damaged please contact us immediately.
Towne Jewelers reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on certain criteria. Please note, items which are worn, sized, altered in any way do not qualify for return.
Do not return an item without an issued return authorization (RA) from Towne Jewelers.
Items must be returned within 15-days of receipt.
To initiate a return request, you must Contact Us first at 480-661-1932 and a return
authorization number must be issued or the return will not be processed. Please be sure to include the Return Authorization number with your returned item. Be Prepared to provide your full name, billing & shipping details, order number, reason for return and contact details.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping and properly insuring the item being shipped. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent as to include any Boxes, Certifications, Labels, or the return request will be voided.
Shipping fees on returns will not be refunded.
Items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
